Welcome to Crouch Manor! My name is Nicole Crouch, and my journey into the world of professional baking started right at home. While I’ve always loved being in the kitchen, things truly kicked into high gear in 2023 when a shift to working from home gave me the time to turn my passion into a craft.
In 2024, I challenged myself to bake something brand new every single week. Through a year of delicious experimentation, I fell completely in love with the art of confections—specializing in all things sweet, from meticulously perfected cookies to my most-requested signature item: authentic New York-style cheesecake.
